Holly Logue
PRESIDENT & CEO
Holly is the founder of Logue Advisory Group, LLC. A graduate of Loyola Law School, New Orleans, her career spans 40 years of representing and working with community banks. A native of Louisiana, Holly began her career in New Orleans as in-house counsel with a large commercial bank and later went into private practice exclusively representing banking clients throughout Louisiana and neighboring states. She subsequently served for more than ten years as the Hearing Officer for the Fifth Judicial District Court, State of Louisiana. Holly is a member of the Louisiana Bankers Association, Mississippi Bankers Association, Community Bankers Association of Georgia and is an Emeritus Member of the Louisiana Bar Association. She has addressed many State Associations and Bank Boards of Directors on CDFI and strategic matters. Holly has served on the Board of Directors of numerous civic, charitable, and professional organizations in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Brandy Smith
PRESIDENT & COO
Brandy Smith joined Logue Advisory Group in 2022, bringing more than 25 years of senior- and strategic-level experience in banking and financial services. As SVP & COO, her primary responsibilities include guiding clients through CDFI Certification, program-specific Grant Applications, and Compliance Reporting. Prior to her association with LAG, Brandy was a Director with Smith Shellnut Wilson where she consulted with regional and community banks on Asset Liability Management and regulatory compliance, including strategic planning for capital needs, contingency planning for funding risks, and independent reviews of interest rate risk management processes. A native of Mississippi, Brandy holds a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College, Jackson, MS and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi, Oxford.

Leigh Murphy
SVP & CFO
Leigh Murphy joined the Logue Advisory Group team in 2020. As SVP & CFO, Leigh handles the day-to-day financial operations of the company. A native of Mississippi, Leigh comes to us from the world of community banking with over 30 years of experience as a CPA working in the finance and accounting departments of local banks. Her emphasis in Asset Liability Management, and her experience across multiple institutions gives her a deep understanding of the inner workings of community banks. Leigh is intricately involved with annual reporting, compliance reporting, and the financial components of grant applications. She also manages and maintains federal registrations such as SAM.gov and Grants.gov. Leigh graduated from the University of Mississippi, Oxford, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1983.
Nathanael Baugus
VP & Lead Data Analyst
Nathanael Baugus joined Logue Advisory Group in 2019. As lead data analyst, Nathanael leads the processing, analyzing, and managing of data from our clients for use in all applications and compliance reporting. He has advanced our operating proficiency through the development of a relational database with related management and analytical systems. Nathanael has a background in research and data analysis which includes work for a Mississippi State Representative, database management for university faculty, and a Research Assistant position with the Center for Social Research at Calvin University, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Nathanael graduated with Honors from Calvin University, Grand Rapids, Michigan in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese and Economics. During his undergraduate career, Nathanael held various leadership positions including Resident Assistant, Academic Tutor, and Teaching Assistant for the Economics Department.

J.B. Yates
AVP & Associate Program Manager
J.B. Yates joined Logue Advisory Group in October 2021. J.B. serves as an AVP & Associate Program Manager focusing on onboarding new clients, as well as managing program-specific data and reporting. He conducts in-depth analysis to determine eligibility for the Bank Enterprise Award (BEA) Program, including communicating with clients to ensure accurate award estimates, submission of applications, and reporting to comply with receipt of award. J.B. is a graduate of Mississippi College in Clinton, MS. J.B. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance, along with minors in Engineering and Mathematics.

Data Analyst
Alex Thomas joined Logue Advisory Group in January 2022. As a Data Analyst, Alex is intimately involved with processing, analyzing, and managing data from our clients. His programming proficiencies have streamlined our operations to ensure accurate and timely output that is then used for various application and reporting purposes. Alex obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Mississippi College in May 2022. During his time at Mississippi College, Alex was a collegiate athlete while also holding an officer position in his service club, Rotaract, which is part of Rotary International.

Ethan Hulshizer
Research Analyst
Ethan Hulshizer, a graduate of Mississippi College, joined Logue Advisory Group in 2023. Having obtained a finance degree with an English writing minor, Ethan is a tremendous asset in writing competitive, subjective grant applications. He also assists with BEA grant applications. During his time at Mississippi College, Ethan served as the student director for the school’s Writing Center, honing his skills in communication and fostering a supportive environment for fellow students. Additionally, he was an active member of the school’s business investment club, where he gained practical experience in the field of finance.
Prarthana Bhatia
Research Analyst
Prarthana Bhatia earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Quantitative Economics from Millsaps College, Jackson, MS in 2023 and joined Logue Advisory Group. She also holds a Certification in Data Analytics and is equipped with an extensive knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including computational statistics and data visualization. With this strong background, Prarthana designs analytical reporting of industry and client data to convey compelling impact stories. During her time at Millsaps College, she was active in student leadership and excelled in academic studies.
