HOLLY LOGUE
President & CEO
Holly is the founder of Logue Advisory Group, LLC. In addition to her work with Logue Advisory Group, Holly is a licensed attorney in the State of Louisiana.
A native of Louisiana, Holly began her legal career in New Orleans as in-house counsel with a large commercial bank and later went into private practice exclusively representing banking clients throughout Louisiana and neighboring states. She subsequently served the State of Louisiana as the Hearing Officer for the Fifth Judicial District Court. Holly is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Louisiana Bankers Association and its Bank Counsel Section, Mississippi Bankers Association and the Community Bankers Association of Georgia. She has addressed many State Associations and Bank Boards of Directors on CDFI, regulatory and strategic matters.
Holly graduated from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana and Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans, Louisiana where she was an officer of the International Legal Fraternity Phi Delta Phi. Holly has served on the Board of Directors of numerous civic, charitable and professional organizations in Louisiana and Mississippi.

NATHANAEL BAUGUS
Data Analyst
Nathanael Baugus joined Logue Advisory Group in 2019. As a data analyst, Nathanael is intimately involved with processing, analyzing, and managing data from our clients for use in applications and reporting.
Nathanael has a background in research and data analysis which includes work for a Mississippi State Representative, database management for university faculty, and a Research Assistant position with the Center for Social Research at Calvin University, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Nathanael graduated with Honors from Calvin University, Grand Rapids, Michigan in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese and Economics. During his undergraduate career, Nathanael held various leadership positions including Resident Assistant, Academic Tutor, and Teaching Assistant for the Economics Department.

MARY CLAIRE LOGUE
Program Associate
Mary Claire Logue joined Logue Advisory Group as a part-time employee in 2019. Mary Claire assists with loan documentation, data entry, and client reporting.
Mary Claire graduated from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and was a TCU Founder’s Scholar. Mary Claire is currently a third year law student at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
LEIGH MURPHY
Vice-President/Controller
Leigh Murphy joined the Logue Advisory Group team in 2020. As our Controller, Leigh handles the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
A native of Mississippi, Leigh comes to us from the world of community banking with over 30 years of experience as a CPA working in the finance and accounting departments of local banks. Her emphasis in Asset Liability Management and experience across multiple institutions gives her a deep understanding of the inner workings of community banks. Leigh is intricately involved with annual reporting, compliance reporting, and the financial components of grant applications. She also manages and maintains federal registrations such as SAM.gov and Grants.gov.
Leigh graduated from the University of Mississippi, Oxford, Mississippi and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1983.

KIMBERLY SHIRLEY
Vice-President/Program Consultant
Kimberly Shirley joined Logue Advisory Group in 2021. As a program consultant, Kimberly is involved with preliminary suitability analysis, Certification, Grant, and Award applications, and annual reporting for our clients. Kimberly also acts as a liaison with our third party IT consultants and IT Auditors to ensure the confidentiality and security of client information and data and that appropriate record retention requirements are met.
Kimberly has a background in various areas of community banking including Teller, Loan Assistant, Customer Service Representative, IT Manager, and Information Security and Physical Security Officer.
Kimberly graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelors in Business with a concentration in Accounting. She is also a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she earned a Juris Doctor Law Degree specializing in Litigation.
Kimberly is an active member of the Junior Auxiliary, Young Professionals, and East Mississippi United Way Women’s Leadership Council.

J.B. YATES
Data Analyst
J.B. Yates joined Logue Advisory Group as a part time employee in October 2021. J.B. serves as a data analyst focusing on processing and managing data from our clients.
J.B. is a Senior Undergraduate student at Mississippi College in Clinton, MS. J.B. is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a focus in Finance, with minors in Engineering and Mathematics.
